Thando has more than 12 years of financial services experience, working with countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and on secondment to Group Internal Audit in London. Before joining the Group, Thando was with Old Mutual, leading a team that consolidated results for the Rest of Africa, Asia and Latin America and working closely with East Africa, West Africa and the SADC teams. Thando also held a finance executive position at African Rainbow Life, part of the Sanlam Group, overseeing end-to-end finance functions of the business.
