Erich has almost two decades of actuarial, distribution and strategy experience in various financial services sectors across 13 African countries. This has ensured that he is highly skilled in post-M&A integration/transformation, bancassurance, and developing and taking value propositions to market across multiple jurisdictions. Before joining in 2018, he was the Head of Actuarial for Old Mutual in Ghana.
