Caskey was born in Soweto, Johannesburg, South Africa where against all odds he developed himself to be a seasoned Sales & Distribution Strategist with more than 26 years experience earned in the Telecoms and Financial Services industries. He crafted and operationalized successful Distribution strategies for the Tele sales, Digital Sales, Broker Channel, Corporate Sales and Field Based Sales. He acquired various business qualifications with institutions like Rhodes Investec Business School, Duke University and Wits Business School. His experience at Momentum Metropolitan included being responsible for Field sales in the economic hubs and rural areas in South Africa and he now manages a Field Sales Agency Force of just under 900 Field Financial Advisors after managing a Tele Sales Outbound Call Center of over 300 Tele sales Agents.
